So today I made Potato Chip Cookies!! :) These are soooooooo good!! They're basically exactly like chocolate chip cookies, except it has potato chips!! My mom's been making them for as long as I can remember and they are the BOMB!! :D
Here's how to make these AMAZING cookies!!
RECIPE FOR POTATO CHIP COOKIES
1 cup sugar
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup margarine (softened)
2 eggs
2 rounded cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
6 oz. package of chocolate chips
2 cups crushed potato chips (61/2 oz. bag)
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1. Cream sugar, brown sugar, and margarine.
2. Add eggs, flour, and baking soda- BEAT WELL
3. Stir in chocolate chips, potato chips and nuts
4. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet
5. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375
And They All Lived Happily Ever After...
